Refund Policy
Overview
At Tutorial Hub PH, we take pride in delivering structured, high-quality academic support. To ensure fairness and clarity for all clients, the following refund guidelines apply to all services booked with us.
Change of Mind
We understand that plans may change.
Refunds for change of mind may be requested prior to the scheduled session. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Once a session has begun or has been completed, it is considered rendered, and refunds will no longer apply.
Attendance and Cancellations
To maintain schedule integrity for both students and tutors:
- Absences or delays must be communicated at least 12 hours before the session.
- Sessions missed without prior notice will be treated as completed.
- Requests made at or after the scheduled session time are no longer eligible for a refund.
Packages and Prepaid Sessions
For bundled or prepaid sessions:
- Refunds may apply only to unused sessions, provided the request is made before any scheduled session begins.
- Sessions already conducted will be deducted at the standard rate prior to refund processing.
Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method unless otherwise arranged. Applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted where necessary.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- A session has already started or has been completed
- A scheduled session was missed without prior notice
- A request is made after the agreed session time
- Services have already been partially or fully delivered
