These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Tutorial Hub PH’s services. By booking or engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Our Services

Tutorial Hub PH provides structured academic support through:

  • One-on-one or group tutorial sessions
  • Subject-specific academic assistance
  • Entrance exam and review programs

Sessions may be conducted online or face-to-face, depending on the agreed arrangement.

Booking and Scheduling

All sessions are arranged through the Tutorial Hub PH administration team.

To ensure proper scheduling:

  • Requests for next-day sessions must be made before 6:00 PM
  • Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and required materials

Payment Terms

To secure your session:

  • Full payment must be completed prior to the scheduled session
  • Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or transaction reference) is required

Attendance, Lateness, and Absences

To respect both student and tutor schedules:

  • Parents or guardians must notify us at least 12 hours in advance in case of absence or delay
  • Tutors will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled start time
  • Beyond this period, the session will be considered consumed

Any remaining time will not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.

Session Preparation

For the most effective learning experience:

  • Topics, materials, or requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the session

Communication Guidelines

All coordination is handled through the Tutorial Hub PH administration team.

  • Messages for tutors should be sent via admin
  • Tutors are not expected to respond outside scheduled sessions

Session Recording

To maintain service quality:

  • All sessions are recorded for internal quality assurance
  • Recordings are securely stored and retained for up to 30 days only

By proceeding with the session, you consent to this recording.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

In summary:

  • Refunds are available only if requested before the scheduled session
  • Completed or missed sessions are non-refundable

Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering high-quality instruction:

  • We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes
  • Tutorial Hub PH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms as needed. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
